Welcome to HoJoSouth in Dunedin, Florida!

Hello Everyone! My name is Holly and my husband is Joel (thus HoJo!). We are originally from Michigan and have always hoped to own a piece of Florida. In June we finally did it. We have taken the time fix up our place and make some necessary improvements for ourselves and all of you who may wish to enjoy it.

Dunedin is a great place to explore Florida. Especially if you love to bike, be on the water, shop local, be with your dog – it’s such an exciting place to be. There is also a lot of local wildlife to watch. Dolphins in the ocean, the beautiful Spoonbill, gopher tortoises… once while fishing my friends and I even saw a 10-foot tiger shark and a giant sea turtle.

Whether you want to totally unplug or do what I like to call “work-cation”, HoJoSouth has options for you. We are a “tiny” home and are great for couples and good small families. We also are accepting of pets under 40 pounds (please inquire). We are in a campground community with many people who are full-time, so we do ask that you are respectful of them and all the other folks who are in the park. There is a 30 day (1 month) minimum rental requirement. We are happy to discuss booking options with you.
