Just as we discovered Dunedin a few years ago, we hope that you are able to do the same. Our home is located within Sun Retreats Dunedin, which is a stone’s throw from the Pinellas Trail and 4 miles from Honeymoon Island. If you stay with us, you have access to all the amenities of Sun Retreats which include activity center, pool, work out center, shuffleboard, pickle ball, playground, and dog run.
Our home is small but mighty! It is a one-bedroom (king Sleep Number) with a sleeper sofa. (Extra bedding included for the sleeper sofa.) 65″ TV in the living room for relaxing at night. We have in house washer and dryer. Rain shower head with stand-up shower. There is also a TV in the bedroom. The attached / closed in Florida room has two ready to go work-stations if you need to “work-cation”. The porch is fully screened in to avoid no-see-um’s and mosquitos.
Wake up to flocks of birds flying overhead and take a quiet stroll through the park in the morning. Enjoy a day in the sun either in the pool, ocean, or fishing. The locals and our neighbors are great – you’re sure to have an amazing time.
Rentals per park rules are minimum one month stays. Please inquire for availability.
